Shipping Policy

This Shipping policy forms part of the CRYST Fragrance website terms and conditions.

General

We have been experiencing a high volume of orders so it has been taking us a little longer to process orders than usual. Before our products are shipped each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. Thank you for your patience.

After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within about 2-5 business days. We always do our best to get orders out as soon as possible but may need extra time during busy periods and peak holiday seasons. Please note that business days are classified as Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email.

CRYST Fragrance is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees for orders shipped outside Singapore.

Free Shipping

Free shipping only applies to domestic orders over 100SGD, or to orders that have been discounted with the discretion of CRYST Fragrance.

Local Shipping within Singapore

We charge a flat fee of 5 SGD for ALL local orders under 100SGD, regardless of quantity.

Orders are shipped with tracking.

Please note: Shipping times are calculated from the date shipped not the order date. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 business days of cleared payment.

To receive your order the next-business-day, please contact us and state your wish for expressed delivery, and an additional delivery fee at the flat rate of $10 will be required.

International Shipping

We charge a flat fee of 35 SGD for ALL international orders, regardless of quantity. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which we do not cover and are the customer’s responsibility to pay.

Shipping times may vary, but here is a rough estimation:

Asia Pacific: 5-10 business days or 15-20 business days depending on location

Europe: 10-15 business days

USA: 10-15 business days

Orders are shipped with tracking.

International Parcels can take anywhere between 5 and 30 business days to arrive depending on the location. This delivery time are estimates in business days, and do not include our 2-5 day processing time we need to prepare and ship your orders.

Taxes & Duties

Please note that for international purchases, all local customs and taxes payable remain the responsibility of the purchaser. Taxes and duties are payable via your local customs. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to us and you will be refunded.

Correct Addresses /Wrong Addresses

Please enter your shipping address and contact number correctly.

When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, please recheck your delivery address is correct. If any errors exist, please contact us ASAP at contact@crystfragrance.com and we will update your information. Once your order has been dispatched we can no longer alter the address and you will be liable for the additional associated costs to resend. Replacements will not be given to failed deliveries due to incorrect/ incomplete shipping addresses or contact details entered by the you.

Loss or Damage to Unattended Packages

CRYST Fragrance will not be held liable for loss or damages due to unattended packages left at your delivery address. Please use an address that ensure your package can be received and arrive safely.

Late Delivery

CRYST Fragrance will not be held liable for late deliveries due to courier or postage delays.
